Savage Garden has opened atop the DoubleTree by Hilton London – Tower of London, offering funinterrupted views of the London skyline.

Cocktails, developed by Gorgeous Group, are delivered by head of mixology André Cavalheiro, who has a flair for the dramatics offers cocktails that are an Instagrammer’s dream and a cocktail connoisseurs delight.

Creative concoctions include the sinister Evil Eye, a twisted take on a Negroni using tequila, vermouth, Luxardo Bitter Bianco and Jägermeister, finished off with a green ‘eye ball’.

The Devil’s Advocate is a fiery twist on an El Diablo with tequila, grapefruit juice, crème de cassis, lemon and sugar, finished with a drop of ‘Savage Hot Stuff’ and two chilli ‘horns’.

The Punk Rock Fashioned is a whiskey-based mix laced with hints of cherry, chocolate and mint, and served in black glass encrusted with glowing rose sugar.

Alongside the cocktail menu that also includes zero proof creations and all the classics, Savage Garden offers an extensive wine and champagne list as well as a wide selection of premium spirits and beers.
The bar food menu features unexpected flavour combinations and theatrical serves. From pink buns through to squid sticks mounted on pineapples and the barbarous pork tomahawks..

Sharing plates include charred octopus with fennel, orange chermoula and toasted kasha; roasted cauliflower with labne, zhoug, chilli-roasted ancient grains and craisins; or blackened sesame prawn toast with bacon jam, whilst more substantial dishes come in the form of a pork tomahawk with black pudding fries and salsa verde or a whole baked seabass.
Positively Palaeolithic platters take the hunter/gatherer approach with a sharing carnivorous board featuring coconut beef short ribs, beef sliders and roasted poussin accompanied by fries with black mayo and savageslaw.

Herbivores and pescatarians can also take the feasting route with boards laden with the likes of charred radishes with firecracker dressing, plantain chips with avocado hummus and tempura oysters.
Savage Garden also boasts two terraces with stunning 360-degree vistas that take in some of the capital’s most iconic landmarks including The Shard, Tower of London, The Gherkin and St. Paul’s Cathedral.

Wildside is an expansive all-weather terrace and events space complete with a retractable roof making it perfect for al fresco cocktail parties as well as indoor corporate events or Christmas festivities. In addition to Wildside, Ferus is the private dining space, perfect for more intimate, private affairs with a capacity of 57, while facing south is Savage Garden’s Beefeater Pink South Terrace.
